Tool & Die Designing
We design customize Tools as per our customer’s Drawings. Also we have Reverse Engineering capabilities to design the Tools and Dies, if the Cad Data / Drawings are not available. We are using the following Software:-
• AutoCAD – 2021
• Creo Parametric – 9.0
• Forming Suite – 2021

TOOL & DIE
Tool & Die shop is equipped with CNC Wire EDM and conventional Machine Tools.

INSPECTION / CHECKING FIXTURE
All components are checked on Inspection Fixture before packing and dispatch. If our customer does not provide us with CFC (Checking Fixture Concept) we design and propose CFC in the light of Part Drawing and in close coordination with our customer.
